In this picture, Chef Peepee is singing to Bowser Jr. his birthday song before he can have his horrendous birthday cake. Why is Bowser Jr. in an electric chair you ask? Bowser's just trying to punish him for being so annoying about his birthday a simpton of the Terrible Twos and that's not even the worst of them, oh no there is much worse. Don't worry he won't die, he's a video game character it'll just hurt a little.
